TURANT PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You agree that TURANT provides PRODUCTS and SERVICES that contain, copyrighted, proprietary, and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other laws. For these reasons, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on TURANT PRODUCTS or SERVICES, in whole or in part, unless you have first obtained TURANT’s express, written permission.

LAWS

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts presiding over Mumbai, Maharashtra. In any dispute, all attorneys fees shall be paid by the losing party.
